Planning, customers, stock, tyre hotel, work orders and Peppol electronic invoicing. Plyx brings together the core of a workshop's work — in French, Dutch or English — and day-to-day work carries on even without a connection.
Its creator is a developer by training who works in the workshop. Plyx has been running every day in a working garage since August 2026.
🎁 We migrate your data for free, whatever software you use today. How it works
What Plyx can do
No percentage on your invoices: card fees are those of your own Viva.com contract.
Every step has its place, and what is entered once serves to the end: the appointment becomes the work order, the work order becomes the invoice, the invoice goes to the accountant.
Connect the garage mailbox — Gmail, OVH or another IMAP mailbox — and Plyx handles the requests: it recognises the client, replies in their language with real availability, and goes all the way to the appointment in the diary. As drafts you review, or fully automatic: you set the dial.
The e-mail agent is part of the Workshop and Unlimited plans. It checks the mailbox every five minutes, Monday to Saturday.
And guardrails everywhere. Sender verified against spoofing, an instruction to make no commitments and quote no price outside your references, signed in your name, a daily recap if a promised quote is waiting — and the agent switches off in one click, globally or per conversation.
Each module replaces a scattered tool — appointment book, customer spreadsheet, invoicing software, tyre notebook — with one coherent interface.
The garage mailbox can answer booking requests by itself: client recognised, real availability, draft quote. With the Workshop and Unlimited plans; details higher up this page.
Day and week views, one planning per technician, drag-and-drop by the quarter hour and status change with a right click.
A public page in your name: the customer picks their service and slot, you confirm or propose another date.
On the phone, say the appointment or write it by hand: the customer, the car, the day and the time are understood, Plyx prepares the appointment and you confirm it. A page from a paper diary can be photographed too.
Roadworthiness test and servicing: the customer gets a reminder a month ahead, at YOUR intervals. The next service, minor or major, is announced from the car's service book, right up to the workshop screen. Unpaid invoices and quotes left unanswered are chased automatically too.
Their day list, the timer, photos, the scanned supplier slip: the work order fills itself. A part missing? The office is told.
From appointment to invoice: labour, parts, mileage, vehicle status tracking and a quote you turn into an order in one click. Right-click a line to insert a subtotal; the quote also goes out by WhatsApp, with the message written and the PDF ready to attach.
“Front pads and discs, one hour of labour”: say it, Plyx lays out your items, your kits and your prices. Anything it does not know is flagged to check — never an invented price.
The list of what still needs pricing, plus an automatic reminder to the customer when a sent quote is waiting for an answer.
Catalogue, quantities, alert thresholds, movement log, supplier purchase orders and best-selling items.
One set, one slot, one label — on an A4 sheet or a label printer, even from the tablet. Tread depth measured at drop-off, a separate warehouse, a swap that follows the invoice, and the swap to plan flagged before the season. Learn more.
Complete records, history per vehicle, photos and attached documents, instant search on plate or chassis. The photographed registration document fills in the vehicle record.
An online space under your name: your customers view and pay their invoices, sign their documents and find their recent invoices. The link goes out with every e-mail. With the Workshop and Unlimited plans, the invoice is explained there in plain language, in one click.
The customer signs on a tablet, through an email link or from their client area. Something unexpected mid-job? You have them sign again, or the agreement given over the phone is noted on the work order. Plyx keeps the fingerprint of the document frozen at the moment of signing, not just the drawing.
Your vehicles for sale: purchase price, reconditioning costs, computed margin, VAT scheme and linked order form.
The invoice has just been paid: the customer scans a QR code at the counter and lands on your review page. Or you send it by WhatsApp. The right moment, without having to think about it.
How your customers break down by municipality, with nothing to enter. You see your real catchment area and the municipalities that account for most of your revenue. No address ever leaves Plyx.
Compliant invoices, pro formas and credit notes, Peppol sending to businesses, payment QR on the printed document. The invoice also goes out by WhatsApp: message written, PDF ready to attach.
Bancontact on the terminal straight from the invoice: it marks itself paid. Or a QR the customer scans with their banking app: the transfer turns up when you match your bank statement. See how.
Servicing, fleets, monthly plans: the contract invoices on its own, on the schedule you set. Invoices arrive as drafts — you review them before they go out.
Upload your bank statement — CODA, CSV or PDF: what is certain is matched by itself, doubtful cases are put to you. Transfers are matched in one pass instead of being hunted by eye.
UBL + PDF export per quarter for your accountant, help filling in the VAT return — and, if you switch on Peppol receiving, your purchase invoices already in Plyx.
Mileage and work performed submitted to Car-Pass from the invoice, without re-entry or double sending. Learn more.
The repairs register kept automatically: arrival, departure, code, link to the invoice. Excel export on demand.
This month's turnover next to last month's, what is still to collect, the hours invoiced. In the evening, “End of day” shows what isn't invoiced yet. Per mechanic, the time clocked on the timer next to the time sold.
Registration document scanned, supplier slip read, booking requests analysed and pre-answered. You review, you approve.
“Dupont's unpaid invoices”, “July revenue”, “MOTs expiring this month”: ask the question the way you think it, and the list or the figure appears. Only your question goes to the AI service: the search runs on the data on your own device.
Day-to-day work is kept on the device: Plyx stays usable when the connection drops, then syncs on its own when the network returns.
A complete copy of your garage, encrypted with a phrase only you know, downloads in one click or is filed every day in a folder on your computer. A reader opens it without Plyx or internet: records, reprintable invoices, Excel export.
A six-digit code on the phone, enabled per user, for software that holds your invoices and your figures.
You ask your question from inside Plyx and the answer comes back in the same place: no number to look up, no email thread to dig out. And the built-in help shows you how, with videos.
The flexibility of a real wall board, digitally. Each technician has a column, every hour is split into quarters, and everything rearranges with a simple drag.
What brings a customer back is not the season: it is that you physically hold their property. You still need to know what you hold, whose it is, where it is stored and in what condition. Plyx records all that in a few steps, at the counter.
Put a touch screen in the workshop: the mechanics see and update each vehicle's status live, with a single touch. Everything stays in sync with the office — no paper, no back and forth.
Create invoices, pro formas and credit notes in a clean layout, with automatic VAT and structured reference. For your company customers, send the invoice over the Peppol network without leaving Plyx — your PDF travels with the data, so it appears at their end exactly as you printed it.
Take a photo, Plyx reads; dictate, Plyx writes. The registration document becomes a customer and their vehicle, the supplier slip the order lines, and the dictated quote fills itself with your items and your prices.
The AI proposes, you approve. By default, nothing goes out and nothing is saved without your review; automatic sending is an option you choose — and the AI can be switched off garage by garage.
Your customer installs nothing and creates no account. A page in your name to book, a link to sign, a message when the car is ready.
⚖️ On a signature, Plyx keeps more than the drawing: it freezes the document and stores its fingerprint, timestamped and archived at the moment of signing (simple electronic signature). A signed document can no longer be deleted from the application.
A car enters your stock, you tick “publish”: it is online, with its photos, price and mileage — the same as in your workshop. Sold? It disappears within the minute.
Your customers, your vehicles, your invoices with their lines, the register, the planning and the stock: we take over whatever your current software can export or display, we check the figures with you, and then you switch. Whatever software you use, the migration is free, and we do it for you.
Plyx charges neither per document nor a percentage of every invoice sent: one simple subscription, whatever your volume. The more you invoice, the more you gain.
Issue 10 or 10,000 invoices: your subscription does not move.
Zero pro-rata commission. Your turnover stays yours.
100 Peppol invoices a month included. Beyond that, the Peppol access point bills you directly, with no Plyx commission.
Result: the price of your Plyx subscription does not depend on how many documents you produce.
Unlimited users, unlimited documents, Car-Pass reporting included, 100 Peppol invoices a month included, free migration of your data, updates and support. Monthly plan with no minimum term.
Only invoices addressed to companies go through Peppol. Up to 100 a month, it is included in the subscription. Beyond that, the Peppol access point Plyx works with bills you its plan directly, at its own prices: Plyx adds nothing and takes no commission.
Prices announced by the access point for 1 November 2026, paid directly to it. Invoices received from your suppliers do not count.
Three artificial intelligence plans: the first is included in the subscription, the other two come on top. Each card says exactly what is counted, and nothing is lost from one plan to the next. Maintenance reminders and Car-Pass work are never counted.

Scans are counted per quarter: a busy month is offset by quieter months. Registration certificate, supplier slip, inspection certificate or diary page: a single counter.
A scan beyond your plan is never blocked: it goes through and is billed at €1.50. Nobody gets stuck at the counter with a customer standing in front of them. The other counters restart on the 1st of the month (the next day for oil). “Unlimited” means fair use. Prices excluding VAT.
